Marmite contains more MSG than almost any Chinese food you might buy or make at 1960mg per 100g. Why aren't more people allergic to Marmite? Why is there no "Marmite syndrome"?

It's an acquired taste just like Australian Vegemite.
I used it to favour soup, spread on bread, mixed with oats meal..
