I am addicted to the eel or unagi and my farvorite roll is a b52- spicy tuna roll on the inside, salmon and eel covering it, my favorite hand roll is a spicy tuna.

The cone sushi which is sweet and contrasts beautifully with the marin used in the rice. Very popular in Hawaii. Check your local oriental market for the cones in the can near the seaweed for the sushi etc....

From fresh sushi restaurants, the salmon sushi (sake) is delicious dipped in a little wasabi-soy sauce mixture!
And I LOVE crunchy shrimp tempura rolls.
