Oral sex will have no effect on conceiving, unless it is done as an alternative to regular sex. The answer to the second question is it depends on how close around is. I would recommend using a condom any time that situation arises.

the chances are very slim, but if the sperm were deposited very, very near the mouth of the vagina, there is a small chance it could make it inside.
