The beam is L-inverted.

the design of a L beam is similar that of a T beam. As both of these are flanged sections, the thickness of flang plays a key role.
u can use some codes.

Main difference is the calculation of Lo and effective width of flange.

find the position of neutral axis.

Find Bending moment with/ without considering the flange strength.

thats all. Remaining ie Ast etc are similar to any flexural member.

you can use RCC spreadsheets that are downloadable from the website of Reinforced Concrete Council of UK.
