Around Halloween.....Ghosts would work nicely.

A good TOGA Party would also supply lots of white.

Marshmellows, Vanilla Ice Cream, White Cakes.

I would get as much information on PDiddy's party he throws every year in the Hamptons. That party is also an all white themed party. It can give you a lot of ideas. Off hand I am thinking white china, white table cloths, white orchids or tulips in a clear vase with clear marbles or rock inside the vase. This will add a bit of elegance. I would use silver where ever possible to ground the whole scheme. (EX: silverware, silver frame place cards, etc.) I hope this helps get you started. I would put in a search for "White Party". It brought up a lot of sights with plenty of pics. GOOD LUCK.

Sorry to be the "practical" one but the first thing that comes to my mind is to have a heck of a lot of Clorox Bleach Pens on hand for the guests to use!:) Think about it ... You are going to have many girls her age (read:dressed to impress the boys) all wearing the one color GUARANTEED to act as a spot/stain magnet. So if you want your niece's party to go on without all of her girlfriends freaking out about their outfits all night, this is your answer. With that in mind, make sure there aren't any nice couches or chairs available for the kids to sit on because too much bleach pen on a skirt or pair of pants might end up there inadvertantly!

For food serve all white food like a creamy fettichini alfredo with shrimp or chicken, potato soup, mashed potatos, sponge cake, white cake with white icing w/ coconut, get a cheese tray with all white cheeses, have a chocolate fountain and use white chocolate in it and dip fruits and sponge cake/poundcake.

Parties stores should have alot of white decorations.

P Diddy is famous for his white parties -- maybe that's where you got the idea? Anyhow, you could do a search. I've seen the details online...

whipped cream mountain....white lace...white diamond perfume.......white wine....
and white things that go with her personality--if she likes horses use little white plastic horses, if she likes dogs use white plastic maltese dogs, white roses/gardenas/mums--it depends on where and when the party is going on.
