WEll there's this lil store called 'Millie's Cookies' & they sell Baskin & Robbins ice cream flavours . . come to think of it, Baskin & Robbins are in Cinemas & a few shops in Central London. But anyhow.. they do a sundae that is a Chocolate Brownie Muffin. It consists of any 2 flavours of ice cream, Brownie pieces, cream, hot chocolate sauce on top.
Not my 2 flavoured ice creams would be Mint Chocolate Chip & Chocolate Ice cream. Too much Chocolate I know but very gooey.

I like vanilla ice cream with a mixture of Baileys Irish cream and Ammeretto. Better yet Soak a biscotti in Ammeretto but a scoop of vanilla or chocolate ice cream on top take a bit of chocolate topping and mix Bailey's irish cream into that and top your ice cream with that.

And I am addicted to Ice cream.
I like all flavours, with the exception of Coffee and Tiger strip (or any other black licorice)
as for sides, depending on what I feel like. often I don't use any topping, but some common ones that I like are crushed cookies, M&M's, chocolate, carmel, bananas, whipped cream, cherries, strawberries, rasberries, blueberries, other fruits, and toffee.

I live in Mexico. In a town near me, Dolores Hidalgo, they make any flavor ice cream one can imagine (including beer and avocado)! My favorite is arroz con leche -- rice pudding ice cream, with big sticks of cinnamon throughout. It's the best -- a whole meal.

I like gelato and we have some homemade brands here in Hong Kong which produce unique flavour (curry gelato was the weirdest one I tried).
XTC is the brand I like most especially their pear & port, ginger cinnamon, volcanic pistachio, rum raisin, green tea
