I was diagnosed with hypoglycemia (but not diabetes) about 2 years ago. I usually get the typical symptoms when my blood sugar starts to drop - shaking, dizziness, hunger, irritability. Lately, I've been getting sick after eating dinner (nausea, stomachache, a washed out feeling) for about an hour, then I feel terrific. It doesn't happen at lunch or at my 10:00 pm snack. Are these normal symptoms of hypoglycemia? Also, my sugar starts to drop in the middle of the night, which it never did before. About 2 weeks ago, a friend and I had a major fight, which of course caused a lot of stress. Is it possible that this is responsible for my sugar being out of whack? Usually, when I'm having a spell, my sugar runs about 40, and my normal reading is around 70. My dr. didn't give me a diet to follow or anything, she just told me to always carry glucose tablets. Any advice on how to manage this better will be appreciated. Thanks.

You may be having too long between afternoon snack and dinner, or you may be eating the wrong thing for snack.

To help keep blood sugar levels even, you should have a snack between each meal so that you are eating something about every 2 hrs. You need to avoid sugar and high carb snacks(unless your sugar is already too low). At least 30% of your calories should be protein. This is not only meat, but cheese, milk, eggs, peanuts butter, nuts, or dried beans are also good sources of protein. Before you go to bed, eat a snack with adequate protein and monitor he carbs. No more that 30-40% of your calories should be from carbohydrates. Carbs will raise your sugar quickly, but then allow it to drop quickly. Protein raises it slower, but keeps it maintained longer. If your Dr. doesn't give you a diet, get a diet for diabetics, It follows guidelines to keep blood sugar levels as even as possible.

I also have hypoglycemia. When my blood sugar got down to 60, I was wiped out. I know everyone is different, but I think you should make an appointment and talk to your doctor about how you are doing. Ask her for a diet or an appointment with a dietitian. Your diet is extremely important. I've been told that hypoglycemia can be a precursor to diabetes. Hope you get the answers you need and the help you should have.

I'm a 45 year old woman and was recently diagnosed as being a borderline diabetic. My doctor prescribed some medication, but before filling it I decided to do some research on the internet which led me to the methods. After reading this ebook and applying the methods, my scepticism turned to 100% belief. I noticed that my energy levels increased significantly and I felt more rested in the morning, my symptoms started going away.

I am very happy to tell you that I have been feeling better than I have felt in years and my doctor informed me that he will be taking me off my prescriptions if I keep this up.

I recommend you use the Type 2 Diabetes Destroyer to naturally reverse your diabetes.

I feel you need a second opinion on how to treat or manage your condition. When you bottom out fruit juice will bring you back up.
Although candy will work, peanut butter & cracker is best

Always keep candy with you in your pocket. When you start feeling those signs take a candy. Eat on time.
