Heck yeah!....

For type I and type II diabetics (and those who are overweight and could potentially become diabetic). Copy and bookmark the webpages I‘ve listed below… they are invaluable for those with diabetes and/or weight problems...

I've found a wonderful book that will help you control your diabetes and minimize or even eliminate the complications. Some folks who became diabetic due to poor diet and obesity are effectively cured by following the advice in this book. I'm a type II (inherited), but it helps all types, especially those who became diabetic due to poor eating habits. It's by an author who has really done his homework, Patrick Quillin, Phd. It's called, "The Diabetes Improvement Program". I have tried his suggestions and found them to be very helpful. I have no complications whatsoever and my blood sugar levels are quite stable. Yes, I still have to take Metformin (Glucophage) daily, but it's the minimum dosage (500mg) and I only have to take it twice a day. I have been off Metformin for as much as a week, but this was with vigorous exercise. Many, what I call, non-hereditary type IIs (those that don't have a close relative who had it) have gotten off medication completely, just with diet, exercise, and supplements. So, in some instances, it most certainly can be 'effectively' cured. Read more about it here:

The book explains what's going on in our system and what to do about it. It's really easy and inexpensive. It's basically diet, supplements, and exercise. For example, did you know that cinnamon helps blood sugar absorption? It also controls cholesterol and triglycerides. This is according to the USDA:

For men: Are you suffering from erectile dysfunction? I was. Yes, WAS. Now that everything's under control, I'm able to have nearly normal sex again. I've also put together a little webpage highlighting some of the things I've learned here:

the best way is for her to talk to her Dr. Type ! or juvenile diabetes you have to monitor your blood sugars, take insulin injections, and watch what you eat. With Type 2 or Adult Onset Diabetes, its usually through diet, exercise, and medication. Type 2 usually occurs when someone is overweight and doesn't have the best diet. The American Diebetes Association is the place to look online.

Try encouraging your mother to become a strict vegetarian. Recent research shows the vegan diet will reverse type II diabetes. See http://www.vegetarianorganiclife.com/ and http://www.newstarget.com/019785.html I also believe the vegan diet will substantially help prevent the secondary complications of type-1 diabetes.

My mom is diabetic. She mixes the foods .Like she eats 5 times a day.She eats lactates, grains, fruits and veggies, fat stuff, and all that. She just eats a little of everything. Instead of eating one hamburger in example, she eats half! It is best to eat a salad with ranch or something to make it healthy and tasty at the same time! Eat a salad before each main meal and it will fill you up with healthy stuff and then eat the main food(hamburger, taco, etc.) after you already are kind of full. Eat kind of like this: 8am- oatmeal(low sugar kind), with banana and a toast with peanut butter and jelly 11am-Yougurt(low fat/sugar), with granola 1pm- main meal(remember the salad) 4pm-fruit salad or something like it 6-7pm-cereal or salad THIS IS.....waht my mom usually eats like and she has improved her diabetes very finely and is now controlling it. Hope it helps! REMEMBER: -the salad -drink lots of water -reduce sweet drinks(its hard) -walk(get around 25mins of exercise a day) -you can eat anything you want in small quantities -don't over eat -YOU CAN DO IT!!
