give it so much importance sometimes my heart beats so much that my pressure goes up and I even get migrane headaches. I have taken my pulse it it beats at 120 to 150 per minute. What can I do?

i think we have the same case ..its tacchycardia ..the abnormal beating of the heart..its fater than the usual persons heartbeat.

my doctor suggested me to abstain from coffe, coke nd tea ...choclates also is one.

get a doctor who can really talk to you ...and care about your condition.

i get check ups onece every month ..im also hyoertensive...i now take aspirin everyday and i dont have migraines anymore.

go see a good doctor.

Trust me, if the cardiologist didn't pay it an attention, then its not a heart condition, it may be excessive anxiety.
From the symptome, you can tell its not serious, no chest pain or dizziness with syncope.
