I know Proctor & Gamble used to be a little notorious for it. When I was a kid, my mom banned their products from our house. lol. No more Crest toothpaste! And I know Paul Mitchell hair products supposedly are not tested on animals. I don't know about others. Have you tried the PETA web site?

Some Companies advertise their products are not tested on animals.
However they don't say that the individual ingredients ARE tested on animals, even though the finished product is not.
