I haven't tried Quorn. I don't like Tofurkey or Veat turkey, so I usually make stuffed squash as my main dish. It compliments the rest of the meal and the meat eaters always enjoy an additional side dish. There's a great recipe for it in the original Moosewood Cookbook.

We usually are getting together with our non-vegitarian family, so we end up eating side dishes. However, my aunt does make the mashed potatoes without any meat stock, and makes a special tray of stuffing that doesn't get stuffed. So, with that and the sweet potatoes, corn & peas, cranberry, etc.... Wow, suddenly I'm hungry.
Thanks for the Quorn tip, I'm looking them up. I've only used Morning Star Farms and Boca products, because they are availble where I shop.

Probably Tofurky (the kit with the dumplings and gravy), whole cranberry sauce, stuffing, buttercup squash, mashed potatoes, every kind of pickle you can imagine (dill, bread n butter, mustard, sweet) and some green veggies, maybe peas or beans. Can't wait! Although ours (in Canada) is in October so we get to celebrate quicker=)

Veg but not vegan: Tofurkey and/or unturkey. Stuffed Potatoes, Cranberry Sauce, veg gravy, rolls, and apple+pumpkin pies. Delicious!

Whole Foods Markets puts out a great circular each fall where they sell a TG dinner: carnivorous and vegetarian. No tthat you want to buy it from them, but you can borrow their ideas from that circular for a great menu!

I've been thinking about that, too! I'm sorry that I don't have my own menu, but thanks for the suggestions!
