it could be contact dermatitis from something that you've been exposed to. or if you're diabetic it could be an early sign that your control methods are starting to not have any effect. definitly make an appointment for follow-up.

If the red spots are flat, and not itchy, and if they are located on the soles of your feet, it could be secondary syphilis.

It could also be a fungal infection.

It could be dermatitis, or fleas, bedbugs, or something more dangerous.

Your best bet is to see a doctor. If you dont have insurance, go to a free STD clinic, or a drop-in health center.

I def. don't have bedbugs no bugs the spots are on the sides of my feet and they look like someone put needles on my foot not itchy

Are they on the top of your feet? I have them, they are a rash caused by circulation problems. Go to a dermatologist, it took a while, but they finally found a cream that helped.

Circulation could be bad. If your diabetic you may need to see your Dr. My mother in-law had this problem and shes diabetic on insulin.
