Fruit. Fruits are normally digested within 30 minutes of eating which is why it's best to eat them before anything else.

Erm, just a point here, salad and veggies aren't all easy to digest, they usually contain cellulose (the green stuff) which humans cannot digest.
Bread is the easiest to digest, although I dout that's helpful.

I know that when you start eating just after you've had a stomach virus, doctors recommend the "BRAT" diet because it's easy to digest. It is: Bananas, Rice, Apple sauce, and dry Toast.
