The Short Answer: Yes.
The Long Answer: I have had numerous spontaneous pneumothorax problems over the last 10 years or so. I have had thorascopic surgery to close the blebs a few times and, one time, a small piece of my lung that was too badly damaged to repair was removed.
However, that's MY story. I know people who have had the same problem, had surgery once, and never had to worry about it again.
So, this depends completely on the cause for your pneumothorax and, as others suggest, a conversation with your doctor would be prudent if you are concerned.

It could. There's no reason it couldn't. Doesn't mean it will. It's more likely it won't. Pneumothoraces aren't that common in the normal population. Is there some reason you're worrying about a recurring pneumothorax 10 years later? Injury or disease can cause a pneumothorax. Ask your doctor and tell him why you're asking.

Spontaneous pneumothorax is caused by bursting of congenital blebs on the lung. If there are others, they could burst as well.

it's possible -- but symptoms would show up immediately after the surgery and not a couple of years after... otherwise it could be other factors that caused it. one way to find out is a chest x-ray
