With the E-coli spinach recall, will Popeye have any spinach to eat?

That's only for fresh bagged spinach, he always eats his out of a can. But who knows, the situation could get worse.

But Popeye has other problems these days. He had to go to anger management class because of all his fights with Bluto, and it's rumored that Olive Oyl is very anorexic. Plus his probation officer won't let him hang around dysfunctional people like Wimpy any more. And who's Swee Pea's father?

His spinach comes out of a can.

The e-coli was coming from fresh spinach in a bag.

I would say the fact that canned spinach is cooked before canning means that there is a very low chance of carrying the virus.

Yes, he alsways eats canned spinach, that's his favorite. He doesn't lilke to eat it raw, and doesn't have time to cook it in an emergency, and besides, the cans are easier to carry with him just in case!! So he has plenty!!
