The grape leaf is simple the leaf from the plant it is not a fruit and it is not a vegetable. The fruit from the tree is the grape itself. It is possible the the leaf can be eaten but be careful some leaf contain harmful toxins.

It is a vegetable. By definition a fruit is a seed pod that is grown from the reproductive parts of the plant, a vegetable is ALL other parts of the plant including roots, stems and leaves.
