check our O2 saturation with a finger monitor most healthcare professionals in hospitals, nursing homes etc. have access to one that simple clips on your finger. good place to start. (Your red blood cells must carry sufficient oxygen through your arteries to all of your internal organs to keep you alive. Normally, when red blood cells pass through the lungs, 95%-100% of them are loaded, or "saturated," with oxygen to carry. If you have lung disease or other types of medical conditions, fewer of your red blood cells may be carrying their usual load of oxygen, and your oxygen saturation might be lower than 95%. Your blood oxygen level can be measured in two ways. )

There are several possible causes including asthma but if you didn't have asthma previously, I would suspect an allergy to dust, pollen, etc. I would certainly go to a physician for an evaluation. It would seem that because of your age that it is unlikely to be emphysema. In any event get checked, there can be other reasons this could occur.

I had a similar situation, yet i dont have coverage, and when I were given sick i figured it would get more beneficial positive, under no circumstances did, instead i had to make 4 doctor visits includding a pro...pass to the hospital...its more beneficial positive, ive been sick for roughly a month once i discussed a pro i felt sooo mcuh more beneficial positive. once you've coverage, pass ahead dont enable it worsen and performance it intervene with you life.

You need to see your dr. soon! It does sound like exercise induced asthma. He can perform some simple tests and take it from there, good luck to you.
