in Grand Cayman in the Cayman Islands at a little place called Yoshi's sushi there is a great menu with extremely reasonable prices. the sushi is cut by Yoshi himself, a sushi chef that moved to the Caymans from Japan (and a great guy no less).
in Los Angeles Miyagi's is a great night spot, with good sushi for a decent price.
in Chicago there is a little place called Maki Sushi about 10mins from O'Hare that is surprisingly good.
these are all places from my personal experience.
Soft Shell Crab Rolls are excellent in all 3 places.
