If you like olives, then yes. EVOO (extra virgin olive oil) definitely has a distinctive taste to it as opposed to your more generic (and less healthy) vegetable oil. It's healthier because it has less saturated fats than most others. I concur with the others in that it is a great dip or base for a sauce--it pairs great with Italian cooking or as a sautee for vegetables like green beans or asparagus. I don't cook with anything else!

Yes! especially the extra virgin olive oil. I pour it on bread and it tastes delicious, plus it´s supposed to be very good for you

I like to sautee garlic and hot pepper flakes in it, then let it sit for a few hours. Add Italian or Provencal spices and dip bread in it. It's delicious!!!

You notice the taste difference when cooking for the better, its very good for you. Use extra virgin light as its flavor isnt too strong.

I think it has a good taste and you will get a superb taste when you use it with salads and some vegetable meals.

depends on where and how you use it, but it sure is healthy!

i love it on breads when i make mine from scratch. i love it on all kinds of pasta sauces and fresh salad.
