Almost all fruits are nutritious.
Banana - full of potassium
Orange and sweet lime - vitamin C
Melon - good amount of water
Pineapple - I am not sure.But it is good for your health.
Fruits contain natural sugar that too in lesser amount so dont worry about calories.Just enjoy them and stay healthy.

Likewise, kiwifruit was found to be a good low-fat source of vitamin E, which is unusual and important, as most good food sources of vitamin E are also high in fat. It is also considered by FDA's definition to be a good source of dietary fiber.

All have their own qualities(nutrients). If only one fruit had all the nutrients,then everyone would have eaten that- and there wouldnt have been any variety in them- how boring is that!!!!

Apple - there is sign for apple i.e. if daily you can take one apple, there is no need for a doctor.

All other fruits are also better for nutrient

lots of fruits have all the different nutrients needed to be healthy on a vegetarian diet, but avocados also have lots of fat, which is necessary for good vitamin absorption when on a veg diet.

so, i would say the avocado.
