Cheese, milk, icecream, soy, beans, peanut butter, lentils, peas, nuts, enriched pasta, lots of veggies, soy milk, protein or low carb bars, nut butters, almonds, rice.
Try a wide variety of beans and other legumes. Mushrooms, potatoes, sweet potatoes, pumpkin, wheat products that are enriched, spelt, rice pasta, bulgar, tabouli, garbanzo beans, falalfel, hummus, edame. Quorn products, Veggie burger, veggie patties, etc.
Rice and beans toegether have every amino acid, peanut butter sandwich and a glass of milk together have every amino acid.
There is a wide variety!

Protein isn't necessarily found in dairy products. Vegetarians mostly receive their protein from beans, peanut butter, nuts, and soy products.

Soy,Peanut Butter,Tofu-not sure if that has protien,dont overdo the milk byproducts and a really good multivitamin. Check at your local health food store for protein supliment. Protein Bars, Protein Shakes Good luck!

Dairy in itself provides protein, however soy is a much better option (soymilk, soy sauce, tofu etc)
Nuts are also a good source..enjoy

Beside the usual Seeds, nuts & Beans..Dairy is decent in protien. Cheeses & cottage cheese are more protien packed.

i think the vegetables that are green, like broccoli, spinach,peas and peanut butter are high in protein also if you like dairy products, try yogurt.
