Herpes can be contracted without actual intercourse, and look like little raised red fluid filled vesicles with ithcing and burning, which may "pop" with scratching and leave teeny little craters or scabs. This can be treated with a number of antivirals. Also, you could have contact dermatitis commonly caused by using harse detergents on tight fitting underwear and will most likely irritate your balls and at the elastic waistband. Herpes will appear to go away by itself, but remains latent until times of stress. Switch to Dreft or All Clear detergent and see a doctor NOW so he can evaluate the lesions.

Could be lots of things, none pleasant.. but none of them will cure themselves without medication. It is obviously an infection of some sort even if you are not having full sex everthing can be caught from oral or even 'Rubbing together' of gentals. 6 months! that means it is not soap rash, get to a doctor quickly, tell him the truth and get it sorted out. Wait..you said 6 months? second thoughts why not just wait another 6 months it will probably drop off! GET IT SORTED OUT NOW

It's not an STD if you haven't had sex. Do your testes have nodules when closely observed? If they do go see a doctor. This is one strange...ailement.

its possible. you dont have to engage in sex to aquire herpes. any exchange of bodily fluid with someone who happens to be contagious at the time could infect you with the virus. go see your doctor and be tested to know for sure.

the question is...what do you consider "sex"?
you can get STDs from things other than vaginal penetration. Oral sex, outercourse (or whatever the crap they call it) also can transmit STDs.
I would suggest you go to the doctor and show him the rash.
