It sort of does sound like genital herpes.

Genital herpes sores are usually large, red, and usually do puss a clearish liquid. They then scab and heal over. With medication it can take about a week to heal a reoccurring outbreak. With out medication though it can take several weeks to heal.

Has she ever been tested for genital herpes? Also is she in a lot of pain when these sores are present? Herpes sores can be VERY painful, especially during the first outbreak. Also, with genital herpes you don't necessarily have to have a fever or swollen glands. I have never had a fever or any swollen glands when I have a genital herpes outbreak.

If she believes it is genital herpes she really should be seen by a doctor. If sores are present they can swab the fluid and give a pap smear (it's not always needed though). If there are no sores present at the time, they will most likely want to give her a blood test.

Well it could wither be herpes, warts, or a sensetivity to a new soap, lotion, or material. Changed sopas, new underwear brand that she or he does not wear but every time the out break appears. or are they shaving either bikini line or whole thing and they are razor bumps they can be itchy and look like zits of a red rash any puss can be clear or colored if messed with. Pay attention and if anything may trigger an idea stop it or change it. Certain brands of pads can do it as well try tampons or vise versa. If not obgyn is next in mind for sure a regular doc might know but find a ob, u know they specialize in this area lol

HERPES SIMPLEX 2, the genital herpes it is a disease that is sexual transmitted, this disease consist in vesicles ( blisters) that appear near the genital area, wich are filled with white liquid, most of them hurt when they explode but sometimes are asintomatic. This blisters appear and dissapear and appears again and again. Sorry to say this, this is disease caused by a virus and dosent have cure , but you can diminish the symtoms and the duration of this blisters, the drug is called ACYCLOVIR. there are other drugs and she has to take it all her life, which sucks alot so tell hell to go to her doctor and ask for the durgs if she wants it. The greatest duty for her is to prevent that she tranmits the disease to other person... so tell her.. use condom...

Either herpes or warts. They come and go and can be dormant for years. She should really go to the Dr. or Planned Parenthood in her area.
