hurt my arm n don't no wat to hav 4 bfast. small movements r ok 4 my arm, but nothing like kneading flour orb as vigerous as tht. (typing with my left arm). im a vegetarian (no meat or fish but animalproducts r ok)...

how about cereal. cracklin oat bran is my favorite! just pour it all with your left arm. all you have to do is aim for the bowl!

Morningstar Farms make vegetarian bacon and sausage. You could just pop them in the microwave. If you need something more than that, Kashi has very healthy, yet tasty, frozen waffles. Fresh fruit is always an option, too... Hope you get to feeling better soon!

Smoothies. Whole berries or sliced fruit, some milk, a little ice, a banana, a little yogurt and let it rip. Let the blender do the cooking and the dishwasher the clean up. Use a straw.
