Chicken Tarragon:
Chicken breast rolled in flour, garlic, salt, pepper and tarragon - flash fried in butter.
Next cover the chicken in a buttered dish with double cream mixed with salt pepper, tarragon and garlic.
Cover with some par-boiled potato slices then pour yet more cream over. Finish with some little bits of butter.
Chuck into 190C oven for 50mins and get some broccoli, peas, carrots steamed to serve with this dish.
This food is sooooo bad for you - but worth every mouthful when you do eat it.
Worse food - anything with mushrooms, I hate them!

Any food that is prepared the right way is my favorite. I grew up eating wild game that my dad either caught (fish, turtle) or shot. We ate what was put on the table. When we moved (and we moved a lot) we got to try food from all over the United States. Each area has it's own unique people that might cook the same food as others; because of the different spices added, it tastes like a different dish! The worst food I ever had was some pinto beans with no seasoning in them whatsoever. And I love pinto beans!

My favorite food is probably Hot Molton Chocolate Cake In A Cup. It's positively the best chocolate desert I have ever had in my life. They serve it at the restaurant at the top of the Space Needle. Yum!
The worst food I ever had is definitely kimchi. Sorry to those who love it, but I can't stand it. I've actually seen a pizza place where they were serving it on pizza! Yuck!

My favorite food is Potato Salad.
The worst food I ever had was when, for the first time, I tried a Steak and Kidney pie. I took one bite and I nearly vomited.

The best is just about anything from my Mom's kitchen! Honestly.
This may sound crazy, but the worst was a burger in London. The meat wasn't rotten. Just the opposite...it was very, very fresh. I swear you could still hear the cow mooing! It was nauseating. Just a difference in taste I suppose. I've had very fresh beef, chicken, etc before, but this was different. I almost lost it!
