your body does not produce vitamins.. you need to take a b12 supplement..

If you are truly vegan (no dairy products, which are a good source of B12), then you will need a supplement. However, B12 is often not well absorbed from pills that you swallow - get the tiny ones that you dissolve under your tongue. They don't taste bad at all, and the B12 is very quickly absorbed that way.

As a vegan you will need to take a B12 supplement as it is not available in the foods a vegan eats.

Very little without red meat. Your going to have to take B12 supplements.

No...so you need B-12 supplements, or eat fortified cereals or soymilk to get a reliable source of B-12.
