She made me want to kill myself! It was like she was going a million miles a minute. Nothing relaxing about that show at all. Hopefully, she'll find her groove and slow it down a bit!

Hey Ana,
I happen to like Rachael Ray. I have watched her for many years.
The show, which by the way, is not a Food Network pet project, as someone has mentioned, is produced by HARPO. (That would be Oprah Winfrey).
It was a train wreck. Yes, she went way too fast. Yes, I could barely keep up. Yes, She called herself a Chef (She has always said the she is NOT a chef, just a good "fake-out" cook). Yes, she cut herself twice within 10 minutes (Not the most appetizing thing to have on a cooking show)
BUT,
She is well liked, and like anything else that is done with very little rehearsal, should change over time. Whether that change is good or bad, we'll soon see. I too wish her luck! She has certainly made cooking, for me at least, a lot more enjoyable and much quicker than it used to be.
And she is entertaining!
James in San Diego
p.s. You can't fault a gal who has a dog named "Boo!" (It's from a song from the 1970's -- They chorus was "Me and You and a Dog named Boo!")

What does she know about anything ? She's the Food Network pet project that worked. Someone give me a barf bag and make sure its extra large. You can tell by her demeanor that's she's fake and is just hamming up the the cameras. I would say Rachael Ray is a bad talent, but I would be giving her to much credit.

Gotta agree with Kitty on this one.
Alton Brown is my fav.
It's like combining Bill Nye the Science Guy with Bobby Flay.
Love him.
Rachael has good recipies, but Alton's got my attention.

Rachael Ray is a great lady buy she is to fast for this show. If she would just slow down a bit, it would be a lot better

I was so looking forward to it, as I hadn't seen her show on the ood network, just seen her as a guest on other shows. I was so sorely disappointed - I will give it another try, but she was not very good or interesting at all....

I like her energy. But, she did seem a bit awkward, but it got better as the show went along.

I don't care for her schtick much anymore. She used to be a breath of fresh air, but no longer.
