I would like to know of a restuarant to eat peking duck in Beijing?

I do not want to go to the Quanjude restuarant chain but I would like a truly authentic restuarant that does the best!

If you go there by taxi from the city centre, it's around RMB25. The restaurant is in the hotel (I put the Chinese name down there but I don't know its English name), they owns a farm to raise good quality ducks.
