When I get stressed, like in a pitty argument. I will physically feel a sharp pain where my heart is and my heart starts beating fast and I feel like it's hard for me to breath. Those are the only symptoms I feel when I have that sharp pain. I am 19years old and a female. Any ideas?

this could be a anxity attack or could be artery spasms of the heart. i have both and it can get hard to distengish between the two, either way you need to see a doctor and if the first doctor tells you he can not find anything wrong do not take that get a second opinion.

Sounds like panic attacks/anxiety attacks...I would still see a doctor though, it could be something serious...you really should try to find ways to de-stress, exercise is great-it realeases all that negative energy (trust me, it works)
