Yes but it can not be just medication. It needs 3 things to work! 1st balanced low glycemic meals 2nd excercise usually 20-30 min 5x a week just to increase blood flow if nothing else then...
Nutritional Supplement Breakfast Lunch Dinner
Mega Antioxidant (Mega AO) 1 1 1
Chelated Mineral (Multi Mineral) 1 1 1
Active Calcium 2 2 2
Proflavanol 90 1 1
Coquinone 30 2 2 2
Optomega 2 tsps.
Biomega-3 (an option instead of Optomega) 1 1

*Adding at least one serving of Fibergy daily will enhance these recommendations

I'm not exactly sure what you mean by homeopathic. Unfortunately for me high cholesterol runs on my dad's side of the family and I'm too young to be put on anything for it yet. Of course with watching your food and exercising, I've been taking fish oil pills. I usually try to take one a day (1000mg) and I've heard it can help naturally lower cholesterol. I haven't had my blood test yet since trying it, so I can't personally say it works yet. Sometimes I also mix in a soy powder in stuff and I've heard that can possibly help. If you're a big egg eater and it's not hereditary cholesterol, then trying egg-beaters would be a good idea. Whenever I have them, thats what I have. But it hasn't mattered since I hardly eat any cholesterol and it's still high. Hope some of this helps.

Diet, exercise, quit smoking if you do. Eat fresh fruits and veggies, lean meat and stay away from saturated fats in foods. Eat oatmeal and whole grains. The two things you mentioned are both usually lifestyle related so if you don't take care of yourself you may end up with both but they don't go hand in hand. Some people have a tendency through genetics to have cholesterol problems. There are also dietary supplements that are designed for that but don't know if they work, haven't tried them. May have to get on RX. It is something that I have to worry about. Mine is 306!

you can try fish oil or garlic. They reduce cholestrol. And it is cheap like $4 a bottle.

I have a great one!

My dad lowered his cholesterol from 300ish to 170. He's doing great! The all natural mineral supplements are inexpensive, easy to take and have no negative side effects.

email me for the product info!
