i have the same problem....this may not be your situation but i would check into it....i am really sensetive to milk and thick dairy products...like chocolate, or sourcream...i don't know if i'm technically lactoseintolerant or not but i have tried a vegen diet b4 i got preggie and i really noticed a difference in my energy level and the mucous/flem in my throat!! After i have my baby i plan on going back on the vegan diet...i will miss the food but i felt so good it's worth it!

I had that problem for a while..it's caused by mucus from your nose that drains into your throat; basically it's snot. Haha!

Try taking some nasal dicongestents to stop all of the mucus from forming...?

You can buy Muscinex at most grocery or pharmacy. It's a little expensive, but it works. Go to a discount store.

I think you mean phlegm. Anyway, you could have allergies. I have an awful post nasal drip thing going on due to seasonal allergies. Best to check with your doc!
