This dude that I know has STDs and he is tryna have sex with me, I told him no. So one day I was walking down the road and I saw him and he was stocking me so I went to my neighbors house to use the phone to call the police. I called the police and told them it was a man stocking me so they came to the house where I was. They didnt do anything b/c they thought I was lying but I wasnt. So the next day he rape me and messed my insides up and I had to stay in the hospital for days. They locked him up but not for long, he was out and after me again.

I'd try and get an injunction out on him so he can't come any where near you. If he does you can call the police on him and they will arrest him. You could also consult a lawyer or a rape crisis centre to see if they can offer you any advice on what you can do. I don't know if this will be any help to you but I hope it maybe gives you some idea's. Sorry about what happened to you I know how traumatic it is as one of my friends was raped.

First of all you need to get an order of protection from this individual. How can someone be convicted of rape and get out, unless the didnt believe you. Where do you live. Keep calling the police and making complaints, be careful, definitely get an order of protection and the get a licensed weapon. You then have the right to defend yourself against this individual if the law won't protect you.

go to the police tell them that its not a joke and that he raped u b4 and u r still afraid.also tell them about the police men who didnt take u seriously in the first time and thus caused him to rape u!
come on u were in the hospital for 2 days...for sure u have evidence.
meanwhile dont let urself b alone stay with a close friend even when ur in street!!!

Try and find out who was the police who answer the phone and sue the squad . Sorry for what happen i hope it a curable one i'll keep you in my prays...

self defense classes and i also agree with the stun gun thing! there's nothing a restraining order can do when you are by yourself...who is going to be there to enforce the order? no one...so i suggest you learn how to take care of yourself!

always carry a stungun with you in case he try to come for you again. If he do come for you again just go for where it hurts the most.
