Dont panic!make kanji of fenugreek seeds&jeera.have that kanji at every night as supper.make juice of green corriander in the mixie&drink atleast 2-3 glasses a day.it vl help surely.plz let me knw after 1 month of this course

If creatinine levels are low as 7, nothing to worry about.

Worrying thing is when creatinine levels are high above 80Micromols. associated with urea and electrolyte changes.

Diabetes should be managed as a whole not just on one. If there is retinopathy there is a chance that it gets worse in chronic renal disease. so as IHD

BM levels (surgar ) should be betweem 5-7 and cholesterol under 5

hypertensive treatment should include reno protecting agents like ramipril or enalapril

The diabetes and thyroid can be controlled. Dialysis is indicated for the renal failure.

he needs to be seen by a nephrologist, consideration of dialysis, may not be needed immediately. Nephrologist will then make recommendations from that point onwards, good luck
