There will almost certainly be a cure for AIDS which is a viral infection (although, of course, the Common Cold is also a viral infection for which a cure is yet to be found!).
Cancer is not one single disease but a highly complex group of related diseases which have in common the uncontrolled and unwanted growth and multiplication of cells. It is therefore unlikely that one single "cure" for cancer will ever be found, but rather a number of treatments will be discovered and refined each of which will treat particular types of cancer. I doubt if there will ever be a time when researchers will be able to announce the discovery of one universal cure.
As for God, as he made Man, Heaven, Earth and everything in it, then he must also have made cancer. Personally I could therefore never even acknowledge the existence of such a being who must be so sick in the head as to inflict cancer on people.

I personally think if I were "Rich" I would put stocks in the Cancer research business, because, they just seem to keep making millions, if not billions, over the years for research, to try and find cures.. Where are all those Billions, going? And what do they do, behind those Labs? Sit back, and have "Posh" Luncheon's", or go to the "Carribbean's" for vacations? Or, invest in Oil, like our leaders with the money? Because, they had chance after, chance, to try to come up with a cure! Aids has even atleast come up with some sort of a pill, sooner than those scientist in those cancer research labs!! Which have been around for decades.. Longer than any other research lab, and out of all the billions,of dollars spent, they've only come up with Chemo, and Marijuana, as treatments.. Shoot, marijuana, isn't anything they have to make, and chemo, is one of the worst therapies, I've heard,.. and the chances of some people serviving the chemo, and low, the lucky percentage, that go into remission are probably lower than those who die... So, where's all these billions going? Makes ya' think, hoh? Or is it a conspiracy? Do they all really "Not" want to fix the American people, because of this whole New World Order thing that will soon be coming to your nearest town? Its all sad, the way our country has become!! Just sad....

Cure for AIDs. 100% testing of everyone. Kill all positives, continue 100% testing monthly til you get 100% negatives.
It is the only way to be sure. Due to it being so draconian, it will never be done and thus AIDs is here to stay.

there is already cure to most of the cancers.and i believe they will find a cure for the other kinds and aids

The virus of aids mutates frequently making a vaccine difficult. The causes of different cancers varies and they have to be tackled separately and not as one disease.
