"Normal" is 120/80
on the border line of hypertension (high blood pressure) is 140/90.
Try to make sure your blood pressure is 120/80 or less.
As for a low blood pressure, that would be 0/0 and that would mean you were dead. I've seen people who had super low blood pressure but they were on their death bed.
