"Normal" is 120/80
on the border line of hypertension (high blood pressure) is 140/90.
Try to make sure your blood pressure is 120/80 or less.
As for a low blood pressure, that would be 0/0 and that would mean you were dead. I've seen people who had super low blood pressure but they were on their death bed.

Normal blood pressure is between 120 over 90. Outside these ranges and it is high and low respectively.
