It sounds like hpv but you say you've tested negative (I noticed many responses have suggested this might be a possibility even though you listed it). I would go to a doctor and tell them that you are having these outbreaks yet have tested negative for everything. That will give them a base to start from. My guess would still be hpv. Maybe something with the test went wrong. At least that would give the doctor a starting point. From there he/she should be able to narrow it down. It could be something as lame as a skin allergy but you will never know until you and a doctor that knows your history really figure it out.

sists ,or like a spot that dont come out ,an infection of a hair folicle even ,it could be many things ,it dont have to be anything you have picked up ,it could even be a slightly blocked gland ,but most likely its a blind spot ,a lot of people get them and they can be painful to touch, and impossible to nip as they hurt, they just get big ,sore and then eventually go to come up some where else ,usually near to where the last one was, there isnt much you can do except maybe get some antibiotics from the doc ,,or try drinking lots of water see if you cant flush out any infection ,or try creams, but i general its nohing to be ashamed of we all get things pop up now and then its not nice but ,what ever you do dont nip them as you will get more ,as this will get the infection go into the blood stream and you will get lots if not care ful and they take a long time to get rid of ,,,try keeping that area cool it sometimes help.

It could be lots of things. Go back to your Dr and ask their opinion.Explain you ahve been tested for all of the above and it is still happening. One thing it could be which are very common That is genital warts. They are as you describe.
Genital warts may be small, flat, flesh-colored bumps or tiny, cauliflower-like bumps. In men, genital warts can grow on the penis, near the anus, or between the penis and the scrotum. In women, genital warts may grow on the vulva and perineal area, in the vagina and on the cervix. Genital warts vary in size and may even be so small that you can't see them. They can lead to cancer of the cervix in women or cancer of the penis in men.
This is a sexually transmitted issue, your partner does not have to have visible warts for him/her not to have them. The warts can be removed, but the viral infection itself can't be cured. The virus goes on living inside your skin. This is why the warts often return after they have been removed. You may need to have them removed more than once.this would explain why even though you have not been sexually active for a time you still have these? Go and talk to your DR its a two min diagnosis.

Have you approached a doctor about this? It seems that would be the first step in the equation... Rather than waste all the time getting tested for stuff YOU think you MIGHT have.

A specialist would be able to answer that question. Go and see him and have a biopsy done. Maybe you are allergic to laundry detergent or other soaps you are using. Maybe those are flea bites. Don't know, go to a specialist and stop guessing.

i would go to a specialist. it sounds like herpes. it could be regular warts too. at any rate, you need to see a specialist and have this taken care of before it turns into something bigger and uncontrollable.

try to wash that area more than usual, keeping it very clean, many infections thrive in that area due to moist environment fit for bacterial stimulation...keep it dry, try baby powder, if it doesnt go away, i'd go to a specialist or see a doctor immediately

hope this helps :)
