you can get AIDS by having oral sex. the exchange of bodily fluids could cause this. swallowing sperm or going down on someone with an open sore, or having someone with an open sore going down on someone, are ways of getting infected. it is always a good idea to use a flavored condom or dental dam for oral sex. at least there is some protection and it's just plain stupid not to use protection in this day and age. you need to protect yourself and your partner. get tested and use condoms every time. don't exchange bodily fluids and stay away from blood, sperm, and vaginal secretions.
