I have a provisional table (not reviewed by other researchers yet) of vitamin K values (micrograms per 100 gram serving) which you can also get from the USDA. I have selected foods people usually consume (excluding spices and herbs which are used in very small amounts) and are high in Vitamin K. Remember that these values are per 3 1/2 ounce serving, which may be rather large for some foods (nuts) while, appropriate for others (vegetables). The Recommended Dietary Allowances for Vitamin K for adult males is 80 mcg and for adult females 65 mcg. The following list of foods are from highest to lowest food sources, grouped in ranges of values as follows:

Ice cream doesn't usually have any animal products in it. But the items that get mixed in may very well have products such as gelatin. If you're really worried about it, and have the time/money for a machine, you can make your own ice cream. It usually tastes pretty good and is fairly simple to make. Plus you can customize it! Just if you're unsure, read over the ingredient list before you buy a new pint. *Edit* I hate to just be echoing everyone else, but like they say, you're not actually being vegetarian by eating fish. I made this error at first as well, because I do still enjoy some fish on occasion. But I'm not a vegetarian, I call myself a Pescatarian if someone asks me to clarify. I don't think everyone needs to be jumping on you for an error, but I guess it's a touchy subject. So as long as you are eating part of a dead animal, you are not a vegetarian. Just wanted to make that clear to you.

Vitamin K- rich sources-green vegetables and tomatoes. Even if you omit the same in the diet, Vitamine K will be formed in the intestines and absorbed in the blood stream.

Diabetes is usually treated through a combination of diet (low sugar), exercise and medications/insulin. Milder cases can be controlled with just diet an/or exercise while more severe cases require meds or insulin as well.

Fruits are the immediate method to obtain vitamins, proteins, and electrolytes, so over body may easily absorb them. Found in the case of plant some of the straight eatable but some need to cooked well for enhance their taste.

Your fear is basically groundless as few vegetables contain significant amounts, but to reduce your intake, avoid green leafy vegetables and the others will be fine.

Vitamin K is known to be needed to coagulate blood and to maintain proper bone density, but anyway heres a list I found. Hope it helps.

Are you planning to bleed to death? Even if you are on a coumadin type drug vitamen K is not contraindicated.
