lack of vitamins

That depends.

How are you sleeping? Lack of sleep is the most obvious cause. Try going to bed at a regular time each night and getting up at the same time (yes even at weekends) for 2 weeks, making sure you aren't drinking much and have a nice dark room, and avoid noise (don't sleep with TV or radio on, try wearing earplugs). Is your bed comfortable?

Are you stressed? Stress can also make people feel very tired and drained and is very common. So is mild depression, which can lead to people waking very early in the morning and being sleep deprived.

Lots of medical conditions can lead to tiredness. These include -thyroid problems (are you also gaining or losing weight unexpectedly, trembling, feeling unusually hot or cold, or having problems with dry skin or palpitations? If so see your doctor.
-diabetes (are you getting up in the night t go to the bathroom often? are you thirstier than normal? Again, visit your doctor)
-anaemia (are you female with heavy periods? a vegetarian who doesn't take supplements or eat lots of green veg? are you out of breath very easily or feeling faint? Doctors again!)
-allergies (do you cough or sneeze a lot? do you have a runny nose often? try an anti-allergy mattress and pillow protector on your bed, this can improve your sleep)
-post viral fatigue syndrome (have you had a cold recently? these can leave people drained for a few weeks, if it persists visit your doctor).

The medline plus medical encyclopedia is an excellent resource for common health problems, visit http://www.nlm.nih.gov/medlineplus/encyclopedia.html and search for fatigue.

That is a very simple question-with a huge number of possible answers.
Are you sleeping well? Are you eating a balanced diet?
How do you feel emotionally? Have you ever had your blood glucose checked? Unfortunately, the symptoms are so generalised that the only way to narrow the field is to visit your doctor. Look forward to some blood tests at the very least-unless you are simply sleep deprived and eat a poor diet, in which case...;-)

Go see a doctor and have yourself checked out. You don't say how long you have been like this. I suggest in the meantime you maybe start a food diary and see if you might be intolerant or allergic to something.

Get out and exercises in the fresh air, get a good nights sleep, eat well, drink plenty of water.

Look after yourself.

Burnt out by exhaustion? Trying too Hard ???

Feel like I want a pep pill to get me through the day?

I am just getting a rest. Get some "real" energy "carbohydrates and protein" for the main push to get things done, when I can find the strength.

Check out the symptoms link at www.hufa.org and see if you have any other symptoms of low blood sugar (hypoglycemia). That could do it.

Maybe you're lacking in something such as iron or anything, could be something psycological, you should go see you're family doctor.

Who knows? You don't mention your age, medical condition or general health. So it would be hard for anyone to answer.
