Rather than stand on it slice it up get a banana cut it down the middle fill with the mars bar ,wrap in tin foil bake in oven absolutely delicious!

You would get chocolate on the bottoms of your feet. Unless you meant a bar on mars then I'm sure that the bar martian would ask you to get down

Good luck finding a Mars bar...they don't seem to exist any longer.
...but if you're barefoot, you'll get an almondy squishy sludge 'twixt the toes in short order.

It would depend if it had been stored in the fridge?
If so you could stand on it then eat it without any problems. But if it has been stored at room temperature then it will be squashed and melt and wont be very nice to eat i should imagine.
