Because you don't pay taxes on it.
Plain & simple.
Once it is legalized, (notice I did not say if, but when) the government will tax the helll out of it and be more than happy to take your money and let you grow as much as you want.

I agree with Bart, It's because they want to control the market , and if they let you grow it , then they would have to let everyone grow it. And if they did that , they wouldn't be able to control the market when they are ready to launch their newest money making product. expected to hit the shelves sometime in the next 10 years. Their still researching damage control.

Because they consider vegans to be subversive. And they are right. Proof? They don't mind if I grow MY own marijuana; some of them come over and get it from me. They say I have the best hydro they've ever smoked. They think it's perverse to be vegan and have vowed to make life hard for those who are. And you are an idiotic anal sphincter.

It's legal to grow AND sell in the state of Arizona, all you need is a vender's license, only ONE catch.......no one else can legally BUY it!
