Kids who live with diabetes are awesome! Like other kids, they put up with annoying things like homework and chores. They also have to eat differently than most of their friends do. They have to prick their finger to get a drop of blood out several times each day to check the sugar level of their blood. They need to get shots every day to keep their sugar at the right level. If it's gets too low they feel dizzy, tired and sweaty. If it gets lower than that then they can die. If it gets too high they start to have aches and pains, get nauseated. They can even go into a coma and die. Imagine having to live with that, but still be a kid. Kids with diabetes are awesome!

Forget anything you have ever been told about Diabetes.
And get this - it has nothing to do with insulin, exercise, diet or anything else you've heard in the past. It's all based on latest breakthrough research that Big Pharma is going Stir Crazy to hide from you.

well it's the most terrible thing for kids to have to deal with being a diabetic, they have to prick there fingers at least 4 or 5 times a day and they can't eat any sweets or carbs when they get low sugar they have headacks and and no energy and have the shacks i think its worst to get slow than high sugar if its too high they need to have more insulin or too low than orange juice or coke to bring it back up , its a very cruel disease for kids to have.

if the blood sugar level is toolow they will seem as though they are sort of there but not there, they will say the same thing that they just said and forget half of the things they want to say. if they have high blood sugar is high they will act all lively, happy, and hyper sort of.

light head, headache, blurry vision, weakness. Make sure the child takes its medication, and watches what he eats, not too much fat, no starchy foods, lots of fruits and vegetables, chicken and fish (lean), plenty of water and exercise.
