Tell him that doctors have SEEN A LOT WORSE. And their job is not to judge but help. If his doctor judged in any way, he should immediately go to their office and fill out a complaint against them then and there!

If its genital warts, IT WILL ITCH LIKE HELL! BAD! It could just be an ordinary wart that "will need removed" or he will definately not be getting lucky soon. Either way, he has to see a doctor. He needs to tell the doctor his symptoms though, that it "does not itch" otherwise it can be confused for a genital wart. If it DOES turn out to be a genital wart, they can apply Condylox (a clear liquid cream) to it that will eat it off. So, again, problem solved.

Its IMPORTANT that he take a good shower, use soap and water and clean himself well and lie down on the bed and feel around back on his anus. Are there any bumps there? If there are, it is almost sure to be genital warts and combined with the one in front, he must get to a doctor for a condolyx treatment. Again, a doctor will not judge you, but your next sexual partner will if you spread it to them!

I know how all of this is going to sound, but i am in medical school, so bear with me.
The bump could be a pimple or a boil. The itch could just be because your not very clean. If you have been with a girl who has a yeast infection, that could cause it to itch. If the bump is ulcerated or like depressed it could be bad news, but either way doctors do not judge and they keep your case strictly confidently no matter what. This is very important and you should swallow your pride and make an appointment with a doctor on the other side of town!!!!! Good luck.

He needs to see a doctor. There are a number of possibilities, some serious, others less so. Only a doctor can make a diagnosis and prescribe treatment.

I would say to go to the doctor immediately and get checked for STD and any other possible thing the doctor might think it is. Go check so you can stop worrying.

Your friend needs to see a doctor. If this is spreading, it could be venereal warts, which can lead to more serious disease, not to mention that anyone he has sexual relations with will catch it and it will continue to spread.
