I love sushi... everytime when I go to Sushi Restaurant, I order the following!!
1) Negitoro maki - minced tuna belly + finely chopped Japanese leek + sesame seed roll
2) uni = seauchin
3) Akagai = ark shell
4) amaebi = sweet shrimp
5) hotategai = scallop

Chirashizushi ("scattered sushi") - a bowl of sushi rice topped with one of those sashimi and garnishes. i love Tuna as my sashimi... regardless of the reality that Mahi Mahi, Salmon and Mackerel are sturdy also. We make it abode... i'm not spending 10 circumstances the substances to have some different person slice and roll.

I'm not big on sushi since I don't like seafood. I only eat the California Rolls. :)

It is call Rainbow Roll... they use Tuna, Salmon, sweet shrimp, crab and eel with fresh mango and kiwi slices and topped with eel sauce.

Igari, the barbequed eel with the sweet soya glaze, and Uni, sea urchin roe, it is an aquired taste for sure

Hamachi gets my vote. That or Red Fish. Try either with Ponsu Sauce...Delicious!

Spider roll the one with the soft shell crab,cucumber ,and caviar. mmmmmmmmmmmmm..... so good. my husband loves the sweet shrimp too.
