A mosquito eats because food is available not because it is hungry. To eat again it vomits what it has just had, then it eats. Its the vomite that contains blood and contains HIV.
The big quitos as folund in Mozambique that suck more blood and vomit more bloody food that contains HIV.

It is possible as the organ used to suck blood comes into contact with the blood of many people, however it would be very very rare, dint get too paranoid.

Mosquitoes can carry almost any disease from sucking blood from an infected person or animal. So I don't see why they couldn't carry HIV and infect someone. Though I've never heard of that happening.

No, the HIV virus requires the habitat of human immune cells in order to survive. The mosquito alimentary tract is a hostile place for the virus. If a mosquito has just fed, she will not need to for another few hours, anyway.
Malaria, on the other hand, survives quite well in the mosquitos system, and actually the mosquito is required for part of it's life cycle.
In theory, sounds like it should be possible, but medical/viral reality is much more complex than most people realize.

i just read an articule about that. The answer is NO, because Mosq. don't inject blood ,but inject a special saliva to easy the blood sucking. U could get infected only if the blood in fresh inside the mosq & u splash it on a cut on ur body.

*Technically* yes. But the HIV virus is actually quite difficult to contract between humans (a one in 500 chance between sexual contact with an infected partner).
