For hor d'oeurves try this:

Spinach tortillas covered with a thin layer of guacomale and topped with very thinly sliced turkey breast that is topped with 3 slices of crisply fried bacon. Roll up, slice and pin each 3/4 inch slice with a toothpick. I often add diced tomato and lettuce leaf before rolling.

i would go with dutch cheeses as the wine is of German decent...try making chicken livers wrapped in bacon.........peel a cucumber and hollow out the center stuff with tuna salad press it real tight inside.....slice and serve.....salmon croquettes
