Same here, so I wear adult shields and also keep a urinal container next to the bed - like they used to in the old days when they kept a bed pan under the bed.

Purchase a male/female plastic urinal that has a lid. It can then be emptied in the morning.

Keep a glass or bed pan by your bed and urinate in that. Then empty it in the morning.

being lazy to urinate is not a good thing because you can get a bladder infection, and believe me , i will not wish that one my worse enemy, and you can mess up your kidneys.

ok for years I never understood why grandpa kept a bucket by the bed....and he always got up before any of us and used to wash the bucket...
