i have had a sore throat, headache, and general tiredness since wednesday. i think it might be a sinus infection (i got one at the same time last year too). i've been drinking tea everyday, and that helps a little, but i really don't have time to see a doctor. how long will it take for this to clear up on its own?

i don't think it's mono b/c i've still had the energy to go out and do everything i need to do, i'm just a little more tired than usual. so that's why i think it might be a sinus infection.

Infections do not clear up by themselves. If they did, they wouldnt have antibiotics. If its really an infection like green and stuff, then you have to get antibiotics. Your body will only get worse and the infection can spread to other systems and parts of your body.

May want to take a good look at your tongue and make sure it doesn't look like a strawberry. You don't want a strep infection to go systemic. Am interested in your self diagnosis of sinus infection.. where does it hurt? When someone has that condition, they don't think they have it, they know! It is excruciatingly painful.

What about the noises in the ear, Intolerance to bright lights, change in the perception of odors? Want to talk?
