Vegetables lose nutrition when you cook them, so raw is usually better. Of course veggies are good for you! Vegetables and fruit should be a major part of diet. Also, corn is not bad for you.... you cannot digest it however, so it simply acts like fiber to carry foods through the intestines (fiber is required by the body).

could be harm if she eats bagged spinach this week because it could lead to food poisoning with E.coli

I don't see any harm in eating raw veggies otherwise, actually is quite good for you if they are washed well.

I read somewhere that actually cooking some veggies very slightly enhances the body's ability to utilize the vitamins in them, but I can't find the reference right now, if I do I'll let you know.

the only harm I could see is if she is not getting the benefits from other foods if she is eating almost nothing but veggies. other than that... veggies are great.

Only goodness my friend. Only Goodness! She's probably healthier than you on the inside and out. At least she won't have to worry about heart diseases, diabetes, obesity, acne from greasy food. It's a good thing:)

too much raw corn can be bad, but other than that, be happy that she isnt eating bad foods.. she gonna be healthy and live long

they are amazzing raw, that is when most of the nutrients are at there best, but she has to be careful and make sure they are washed correctly
