Well, this is going to violate your height limit because it's made on a baguette. . . but it's so good.
With very fresh (exactly twenty minutes out of the oven) French bread:
Big slabs of Camembert cheese
Fresh tomatoes
Parsley
Chervil
A little bit of good balsalmic vinegar
It's so simple, but it's the best sandwich I've ever had.
